Difatti da un recente piano dell'amministrazione  OBAMA  di seguito segnalato, si evidenzia come ,dopo numerosi tentativi da parte del Sig. Donzello Vincenzo  nel  sensibilizzare l'opinione pubblica   a prendere in serio interesse  i problemi  futuri  dell'esistenza umana ,  mediante l'utilizzo  delle tecnologie  descritte nel progetto CITTA' DI SOPRAVVIVENZA
