Quindi il discorso tasse deve essere sempre in funzione al reddito della persona, e le tasse non devono superare il livello minimo di sopravvivenza della persona stessa.

Per cui creando una scala di valori per i singoli individui , si evita il rischio di poverta per le fascie di persone piu'deboli.

Quindi se nella classe media la percentuale delle persone percepiscie un reddito che e' il minimo indispensabile per vivere , le tasse devono essere abbolite, per non creare ulteriore poverta'

la ringrazio di avermi contattato e chiesto il mio parere circa il rifinanziamento del programma presidenziale .

Difatti nella sua email spiega che attualmente si cominciano a vedere delle difficolta' , circa l'attuazione del piano.

Infatti nelle mie note precedenti dicevo che il problema , non e' delle famiglie che non vogliono pagare i mutui ma e' la situazione economica che impediscie di pagare i mutui .

Cioe' le famiglie con tutta la buona volonta' a causa dell'economia e della crisi non sono in grado di sopportare le rate dei mutui.

Per cui anche se riduciamo i tassi di interesse dei mutui , purtroppo rimane il problema dell'economia gia' definita nelle precedenti note in FULL-OUT cioe' arrivata al culmine della sua espansione .

Per cui come tutte le cose occorre un rinnovamente strutturale dell'economia stessa che tenga conto dell'ECOLOGIA --URBANISTICA-TRASPORTI .

In modo che trasformando le citta' odierne in un nuovo modo di costruire rendendole una indipendente dall'altra, si posssono eliminare tutta la rete stradale con i trasporti annessi . valorizzando l'ecologia di conseguenza si ridurrebbero considerevolmente al 2% le spese delle attuali citta come sono messe pur mantenendo le conoscienze scientifiche.

Non occorre ritornare all'era preistorica per riportare l'ecologia al suo equilibrio, basta modificare le citta' come nell disegno che Vi o inviato --

A mio parere questo e' il miglior rifinanziamento sicuro per le famiglie: ridurre al minimo le spese di sopravvivenza senza sacrifici grazie all'odierna conoscienza scientifica.

Ciao David o ricevuto la tual email e mi fa piacere che il Vs/governo si sta interessando al problema sulle tasse alla classe media.

Questo significa che chi a rieletto il presidente Obama a fatto bene.

Quindi come o scritto in precedenza in favore ad un redditometro (strumento di reddito) individuale , per stabilire una percentuale %, se e' opportuno o no inserire le tasse alla classe media,

Vorrei aggiungere che i Repubblicani non devono avere nessuna paura riguardo il beneficio alla classe media ,di un eventuale riduzione delle tasse .

Perche' porterebbe maggior potere di acquisto alla classe media e maggior guadagno ai repubblicani.

Ricordiamoci che chi tiene l'economia di un paese e' la classe media !!!
